Return Policy

Thank you for choosing TENZING. We strive to provide the highest quality and most effective skincare products on the market.  We hope you are satisfied with every TENZING purchase you make.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.   Please follow the steps below:

Products purchased directly from TENZING:

If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from TENZING via the phone or our web site in the last 30 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange.. We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refunded.  Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Reason for return
  • Name, Customer Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
  • If you prefer a credit card refund please provide Credit Card number, expiration date and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information
  • If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check
  • An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.  Please mail returns to:

Damaged Items:

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-TENZING or email to: customerservice@tenzingskincare.com to investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit. If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return.
